Singing Bowl Healing Meditations

We host two singing bowl meditations a month - on the FIRST WEDNESDAY of each month starting 11:00 sharp in the morning and again on the LAST SATURDAY of every the month starting 14:00 sharp in the afternoon

EVERY FIRST WEDNESDAY @ 11:00  and EVERY LAST SATURDAY @ 14:00

We firstly spend a couple of minutes teaching and demonstrating the bowls to ensure that everyone is comfortable playing a bowl.

The meditation then takes the form of a 30-minute guided visualisation/meditation with the first 10 min spent on energy clearing and healing yourselves and 5 minutes of silent sound meditation. This is followed by a 15 min visualisation where we do clearing and healing for our loved ones and finish off with clearing and healing of our planet.

If you do not own a singing bowl, we will provide one or if you just want to participate without playing the bowls you are also most welcome.

Rudi, formerly a Dutch Reformed Church Minister of 23 years, is co-founder of a company that specializes in personal leadership development that focuses on authenticity and personal energy management.

Consciously aligning himself with the energy of the Christ consciousness, his central message is not about religion or church. It is about soulful living.
